SOS often hosts youth delegations from other countries for short visits, including from San Antonio's 11 sister cities! Visits usually last about a week and give youth from other countries the chance to experience everything San Antonio has to offer. It's also a chance for students in San Antonio to learn about another country without ever leaving home!
This fall we will be hosting a group of students from Darmstadt, Germany and their sister cities in Europe, and we need your help to give them a big Texas welcome! SOS is looking for volunteer host families to host students for 5 days during their visit. Hosting families will need to provide a bed, breakfast, and morning and evening transportation. Head on to the next section to read more about some of the benefits of hosting a student!
If you're ready to apply, you can contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "I want to host!" or go ahead and complete the application below. We can't wait for fall!
