SERVE Program Highlights

Curated Service Events - SOS provides service events year round and students are able to keep track of their volunteer hours using our SOS portal.

Access to our service portal - Your portal account will allow you to register for our service events and track all of your SOS service hours!

Generate Volunteer Resume and Earn Badges - Our portal can generate a volunteer resume on demand, with all of your service events listed, as well as skills and causes engaged, and badges earned. It also calculates the economic impact of your work!

Presidential Volunteer Service Award - We are an authorized certifying organization for the PVSA.

How to Volunteer

SOS partners with a wide range of organizations to provide a variety of volunteer opportunities. We partner with more than 30 local agencies to host curated volunteer experiences for teens. We also create opportunities for people to volunteer remotely from anywhere.

Take a look at some of our past events below.  We have multiple service events per month and all students and parents are welcome to join.  We serve at various organizations in the San Antonio community.  The main idea is that students learn about themselves and others through service and that they can have a deeper appreciation for what they have in their own lives while gaining a sense of empowerment by helping others.
